Learn MoreIf you are purchasing a property that you suspect had mold issue's, we can perform an indoor air quality test and tell you what is growing inside of your home. This consists of 2 air samples, one outdoor (control sample) and one indoor sample. The samples have to be sent to the lab, so it takes a few days to get the results. Basic testing starts at $350.00 for 2 samples but additional air test can be added at $75.00 per sample.
